9. Uncollected shipments
Depending on the courier your parcel will be available for pickup for 7 – 14 days. Parcels that are not picked up will be returned and we will issue a full refund for the value of your purchased products to you. We will NOT issue a refund for the cost of shipping since the shipping has already been done.
10. Customs duties
PyricK pays tax and 25% VAT as any other legally registered business is required to do. However, your country might add additional custom fees etc. If those fees occur you can not hold PyricK responsible for them as it is up to you as a customer to know about those fees. We will not pay any additional fees that might be added by your country.
11. Usage of our products
PyricK does NOT encourage any illegal use of our products and we will ALWAYS report any suspicious transaction as we are required to do by law. While purchasing products from PyricK you strictly promise to NOT use products sold by PyricK for any prohibited or illegal acts or compositions. You will NOT be able to hold PyricK accountable for any of your actions legally or economically. Our products are STRICTLY ONLY for legal use and nothing else. Any suspicious transaction or behavior will immediately lead to a report aswell as a cancelled order. PyricKs products are NOT for illegal use.
12. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use PyricK’s services in any manner. By visiting and/or using the PyricK Services or accepting the Terms, you represent and warrant to PyricK that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to agree to and abide by these Terms. You also represent and warrant to PyricK that you will use the PyricK Services in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations. When placing an order from PyricK via Pyrohub.eu, you certify that you are over the age of 18.
13. Refunds
While ordering from Pyrick via PyroHub.eu, you are responsible for your own parcel. PyricK will NOT under any circumstances refund confiscated orders by customs as it is your own responsibility as a lawful citizen to know what is legal to import. PyricK has a strict no-refund policy for parcels confiscated by customs and parcels that get lost in shipping. PyricK does NOT under any circumstances refund any significant amount for damaged parcels.
14. Returns
PyricK is a VAT registred company in Denmark and since Denmark is a member of the European Union we are obliged to follow laws and rules made by the European Union. Down below you will find the rules about returning an order, according to rules made by the European Union, and how to correctly return an order to Pyrickshop.
Fourteen days right to return
In the European Union, you have the right to cancel purchases via the internet, telephone, mail order or from a door seller within fourteen days and get all your money back. You can cancel the purchase for any reason. It may be that you have just changed your mind.
Keep in mind that there are exceptions.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day you received the goods or, in the case of a service agreement, fourteen days after the agreement was entered into. But if the period expires on a public holiday, you have another working day to cancel the purchase
Refunds for returned orders
If you want to cancel the purchase, you must inform the seller. It is not enough to just return the goods. The seller is obliged to give you a standard form to announce your decision, but you do not need to use it.
You must return the item no later than 14 days after you have notified the seller.
Some sellers may bear the cost of returning the item. But if you are the one who has to pay, the seller must inform you about it, otherwise the seller must pay the return cost himself. You should only pay the fees that you have received information about.
If you bought a bulky product, the seller should give you at least an estimate of what it will cost to return it. Bulky goods that you bought outside a store and received directly, however, must always be picked up by the seller at his or her expense.
The seller must repay the money within fourteen days after he or she receives your notice that you are canceling the purchase. However, the refund may be delayed until the seller has received the item back or proof that you have returned it.
How to return an order
If you want to return your order within 14 days after you have received it you are required to contact us by email. You will also need proof of when the parcel was delivered for example a tracking number. We require you to provide proof of date of delivery to ensure that 14 days has not already gone past. If you can not prove date of delivery we can unfortunately not offer a return for a refund.

In the email we would like you to provide a legitimate receipt of your order aswell as: full name, order value (EXLUDING SHIPPING!), payment option and return reason (optional). We will then according to the law process your request of a return. If 14 days has not passed since date of delivery, we will reply with the address you need to ship the package to. Remember. We do not pay for shipping back to us or refund for the original shipment cost to you.
